We do not charge for any of our Bible study materials, either online or in traditional tape, CD or printed formats. We do encourage your contributions on the basis of your appreciation of the materials and your individual ability to give. It is the firm conviction of the Word of Truth ministry that God’s grace cannot be purchased with money (Acts 8:18-20). Since we want to deny no one access to our Bible study materials, the tapes and literature in this catalog have no price listed. At the same time, it must be realized that though no charge is made, there is great cost involved in producing these studies.
Word of Truth material is distributed to all on a grace basis. This means we rely solely upon God to work within the hearts of His people and give them the desire to support the ministry in accordance with the principles of grace set forth in the word of God. We encourage all who receive Word of Truth material to take an active part in this ministry by praying regularly for the work, introducing others to our materials, and giving monetarily.
In I Corinthians 16:1, Paul teaches that God has given specific instructions concerning giving, “Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I directed the churches of Galatia, so do you also.” The words I directed translate a word that means command and is used to express specific orders that have been given; God has set forth ordered rules for giving. The following is a brief summary of some of the principles of grace giving that we at Word of Truth pray that you will apply to every ministry to which you give.
